All the stuff that's going on lately makes me miss home a lot right now and stuff. I've been working on a new song, it's kinda about everything. It's just some healthy way of venting how I'm feeling right now, I guess.

Why can't we speak another language, one we all agree on?

That's a really thoughtful song. It must be lovely, to be able to write poetry like that. I can't really at all, but I love to hear it.

A lot of people here seem to like singing and playing instruments, right? I hear songs when I'm outside or in the Tower all the time. It's really nice that everyone is sincerely trying to understand what they feel and share it. I've never heard so much music.

When I finally finish writing all the lyrics, I'll write the tune and let you hear it sometime. You might be hearing me in the piano room at Kashtta - I'm usually the one who's in there when I'm not out walking.

That's one of the things I actually like about Chicago, there's so much music here! :)

Playing an instrument... it almost seems like magic, a little. You reach out and touch the world, you touch things in the right order, and something amazing just happens that... it's more than what you just, it's alive in its own way. That must be so nice, that you can do that.
