Tonight for dinner we're having:

Elephant Ears (pork chops)
Change, change, change, and cheese (mac n cheese)
and Freedom Peas (um... peas)

Just trying to have some fun on election night.

By the time the winner of this election runs for RE-election (if they do), my son will be able to vote for them! THAT'S a sobering thought!

The only thing I know for tonight is I'll be doing some celebratory drinking!

That's a thought. Maybe Joe will finally crack open that bottle of bourbon that I gave him for his birthday!

I had to vote today as I just could not get to early voting. Since the listing is alpha, I did notice that the one above my name was CKD... nice to know that my son beat me to the polls by doing it at early voting cuz I was there at 7.

It is Kelly's first major election.

Yay Kelly! That's good to hear. Troy is a member of a political club at school, and has actually taken a real interest in this election. He hasn't just based his preference on what Joe & I say, either, he went out online and took tests about issues to see which candidate believed like him. I'm very proud!

*sigh* Tell your husband that after nearly 20 years of voting Republican I did it. I voted for a Democrat. I feel so dirty now!

He's the one I could live with. So when does the DNC show up to make me a tree hugging, Left wing radical? ;)

I'll be over this afternoon, I'll bring my own tree. Do you like granola? What kind of filtered bottled water product do you prefer?
