Nice. I owe a certain somebody an entry on monochrome as well. And I haven't forgotten about "lifeguard." I even have a rough draft in my offline journal!
Here's a new word for you: "anesthetize." I pointed out to Jimmy today that the song we were listening to at that moment is the only song I can think of that uses the word "anesthetize." And uses it well, I might add.
Again, I have the utmost confidence in you. You may or may not know the song I'm talking about, but if you don't, I'm not sure I want to tell you. Don't want to tip your thoughts in any one particular direction or another, unless you want me to.
Nah, I usually go to Dictionary.com unless something strikes me immediately. "Spatula" didn't require a definiton, for example. Just had to "twist" it a little.
Monochrome was tougher. I had a million different ideas but then I had one of those bolts from the blue while swimming -- Kelly, her favorite color... and the Eric Stoltz and Laura Dern in "Mask". :)
