You all deserve the break you're planning, which can be nothing other than fantastic, memorable etc. You've all worked hard for it, haven't you?
With end of year parent-teacher meetings, school reports and so on, do you remember the sort of praise that they heap on your kids ever happening when it was you the kid, with your parents? My younger son's last but one meeting was astonishing like that - even a teacher who was leaving came over and told us "teaching Sam has been one of the most pleasant and rewarding times of my professional career". Nothing like this ever happened when I was a school. I felt really guilty, because my mother never got to experience that particular glow of pride! Sam was very embarrassed with it all.
But now it's time to sleep in, and have fun. Great, isn't it!
