I'd imagine we would be losing Cas, since he's tied in closely with the apocalypse/angel story. Once that's done, I'm not sure what they'd do with him. Unless they make him the unofficial third Winchester or a Bobby-level supporting character. Which would be fantastic, really.

You know, I'm just going to hope really hard that that's what happens.
