Today was my mother's birthday,so I made dinner for everyone - chicken francaise, creamed spinach with Italian bread. It was very good, if I say so myself! I bought my mom a white terrier webkinz with the matching white terrier charm (we're addicted) and a lotto ticket, along with a phone earpiece with my sister. I hope she had a good day

Chicken francaise=chicken French? I loooove chicken french, it's one of my favorite dishes. I don't bother making it though, I just buy it and heat it up.

I guess that's another name for it cause francaise does mean French. It's chicken coated in flour and then egg and pan fried, with a lemon white wine sauce. It's so easy to do!
