Argentina's Supreme Court today decriminalized personal use of small amounts of marijuana, saying, "The state cannot establish morality.. Each adult is free to make lifestyle decisions without the intervention of the state," the court ruled, throwing out jail terms for eight people convicted of having marijuana cigarettes.
