Ah, I love this story. I note you're still not letting on about what's happened to Wilson. I don't think you killed him anymore, but I'm not sure...

I must buy this book! Unfortunately, there's the official reading list, most of which I have yet to acquire, and the dwindling bank balance, and the fact that I can only just fit all my books (ie the ones I brought with me) onto the two shelves they gave me. Two shelves! I'm an English student!

Anyway, tangents aside, I really want to read it. I already did, but this story makes me want to more. Which is the second time one of your stories has made me want to check something out.

Okay, that was a long and rambling comment, and much less of it was about the story itself than you deserve. Sorry about that.

Do what I used to do when I was poor and penniless and seriously lacking shelf space (wait, that changed?):
Go spend ridiculous amounts of time in large bookstores reading it without buying it. I think I spent 6 hours in a Borders once.

I note you're still not letting on about what's happened to Wilson.

It's because I have no idea. Shh, don't tell.

Apparently, in Waterstones, it's against the rules to throw you out for doing that. I love that. That's how I read Vonnegut's memoir. I was considering doing it with 'And Then We Came to the End' as well, but it was downstairs, where the only comfy chairs they have are at a very busy intersection, so you have staff a few yards away, and people wandering up and down in front of you. Not conducive to reading enjoyment, really.

I want some zombie-fighting Wilson. I was saying to Iggy, how brilliant would it be if somebody wrote a zombie fic where Wilson has a gun and is kicking zombie arse? It sounds ridiculous, but I'm sure someone could make it work.

At B & N, they told us to leave the readers alone. They love books, cause no trouble, and are usually really pleasant.

I'm sure Wilson kicked some ass, at some point. In fact, I know he did, I'm the author dammit. Turns out, he's a great sharpshooter in fact, but not as much in hand to hand. Good enough to stay alive, obviously, but he's got no flair.

I just have no idea what the ending for the story is right now. Crap. But I'm working on karaoke story, and it is coming along quite well.
