She might have some weird seasonal thing, where she loses her winter coat, but it comes off faster than the new spring coat has time to grow in. Maybe she's just excited for the warm months to come! :P

My co-worker has a cat with a seasonal allergy. He loses hair about the size of a quarter each November. I bet you Lola has something like that.

One of my cats licks his fur off in patches. His vet said it was nothing to worry about though. Of course, they weren't in little circular patches or anything, and I knew he was licking the spots obsessively. He does it for awhile, then drops it for months. Maybe Lola is overgrooming? You probably would have noticed though... :/

Nah, she's not overgrooming at all. I posted the same thing over in a bulldog LJ community, and most of them think its probably a food allergy. Which I think is true because I changed her food a few months ago.
