I've been following this for a rather short while, but haven't really commented. THEN THIS CHAPTER HAPPENED AND MY HEART HAS BEEN GUTTED BY HOLMES' INTERNAL ANGST. I have all the feels for Holmes now. >.> (but I like angst, maybe too much, so it's okay)

I'm looking forward to seeing more!

I kind of like writing angst too, so let me reassure you this is not the end of the emotional stumbling stones planned for the boys. There shall be much destruction rained upon their well-being still!

(Yeah, Avengers- it was awesome. Saw it three times by now and I'm STILL laughing at certain scenes involving green rage monsters and Norse gods, and all those one-liners RDJ gets are pure comedic gold, and "I'm listening?"... argh! *giggles again*)

Strange as it is going to sound, but I think I'm going to say, "YAY MORE ANGST TO COME!" xD"

(Maybe I'm biased, but I think RDJ gets the best one-liners. Loki is so extremely snarky too, and I seriously think that if Loki decided not to be a villian, he would get along marvelously with Tony... and everyone will fear the mischief they'd both get up to. xD)

No worries, dear - RL certainly does get busy at times, and your updates are always worth waiting for ;)

And so, it seems the stage is set at last... two months and two days, with the next couple of weeks in a shared bed and Mary's blessing (such as it is) to boot. Holmes's POV here is breaking my heart - he wants Watson so very badly that for all his attempts at rationalizing everything away, he can't quite process the fact that he doesn't want this.

Oh, interesting turn of events!

I'm totally taken with how Holmes wants Watson and Watson wants Holmes and yet they both mess up so spectacularly. Beautiful. =)

I love this fic and I hope you are still working on it. *hugs* I'm thinking of doing a manip that is sort of inspired by the scene where they have sex for the first time. (Don't know yet if anything will come out of it though.)
