WORST (-1 points): #04 - The coloring is a little off in that her face is really bright and washed out and her hair is a little orange. Also, the hot part of the text doesn't flow well since it is covering up part of the other text.

WORST (-1 points): #01 - The text is too squished together (too + hot). Some space between the words would have looked better. And because the rest of the icon is lighter that small dark edge/corner on top is drawing the eye away from the face and text a bit.

Could you please expand on your worst vote & tell me how the subject is unrecognizable + why the plain colouring is negative?

Sorry, I try to explain better.....I have to find some reasons, because it is very difficult to choose through such a few icons....
Among the others, icon 4 is too bright, so the face of the subject has no contrast...the colouring is dull, not plain, I don't use the right word. Is it better now?
