I can't imagine anyone you'd take to being friends with would have a criticism about your gender/sexuality. I wish my gender could possibly be that fluid. As it is, I'm a girl who would love to have a penis, but is a girl in every other respect, and that's a daily thing. I could use a little variety.

Oh, I doubt anyone I like would criticize it, either, but that was both a general "to-the-world" fuck you and a "just-in-case", because I don't know everyone on my flist THAT well.

I just wish I had the wardrobe to accommodate my fluid gender presentation - I pretty much have to wear the same thing no matter HOW I'm feeling on any given day. :(

The first girl I ever openly and knowingly flirted with was named Virginia. I worked with her at my first job (Chipotle, woohoo), and she was she was Hispanic, three or four years older than me, four months pregnant and just starting to show, and hardly spoke any English.

At that point, she sounded ABSOLUTELY gorgeous to me already. And I hadn't even read the beautiful smile, etc. Yet.

But God. Pregnant women are so beautiful, I think, and the whole kind of exotic thing is Nngh, too.

I've never openly flirted with a woman in r/l. Need to fix that.

Ditto #3. Gragh. I'm always annoyed about it, though, because I can't change my physical self accordingly. I just wanna be malleable, dammit! If today is a boy day, I'd like to have the ability to make it a boy day. ...granted, it's usually somewhere between female and androgynous, but WHATEVER. THE SENTIMENT IS THERE! :P

Er. Yes. Random mini-rant. o.O I blame not getting enough sleep. Anyway! ...there was nothing to follow that.

4- The thing about adoption is that the government doesn't have a choice- someone needs to take care of the kids and foster homes are not as good as permanent homes and you can't force the birth parents to take care of the kids if they don't want to. Although I've always wondered what happened to the 19th century-style orphanages.
8- I definitely don't like acting (hasn't everyone tried it?) and I can't sing, but I'd rather be a singer who...just sings (maybe an opera singer or one of those cabaret/jazz singers like Nikki Yanovsky, the only one I can think of right now.) I've always wanted a strong, high voice with vibrato (maybe dramatic coloratura?) but instead I have a low, colourless voice that only works for deadpan humour.
