B) I would have a meat pie with Bacon and tomato. (Tomato's a fruit, right?) ;)
C) If you ever need to borrow one, we have a tart pan.
D) For the Bacon Ice cream, cut down on the bacon fat, and try using a sweeter bacon, such as a maple. I'm interested to see how this progresses. Is there anything you can add which doesn't have much flavor, but will help prevent congealing?
