'Grats on your running progress and the new personal best! Although I'm sorry it seems to have come at a bit of a price. Sounds like it might be some off-shoot of Runner's Knee? In any event, you're probably running 'right' for the most part, but might possibly be going through some growing pains with the new training perhaps?
