WHAT: Festival during the day and surprise birthday party at night

[It was the big day, finally the festival had been arranged and finally it was done, Lizzie stood there proud of her work and arrangements, looking at the various stalls that were up and about, the flowers that had been beautifully arranged, everything like she had imagined. She was happy and she now just hoped to catch Ciel later on and go onto plan two.]
