As one of my resolutions I decided to make at least 1 piece of artwork per month because otherwise I don't seem to do anything, and a small target is better than no target in my eyes so lets see how I get on. Fingers crossed I won't give up ( Read more... )

I love how vivid this wall is. So crisp, the images just pop. Calendar placements have always been an issue with me when I have tried making them. I think you fit it in well. Pretty sure I end up just leaving a big old hole that needed to be filled with something else if I took the calendar our.

I think I'll try your method for next month and see how it looks. I just have a thing for blank spaces, I can't seem to leave them LOL. I also struggled on the size of the calendar as I had no idea what was appropriate. In the end I just went with my gut. Thanks for the feedback and tip!

The size of the calendar can be tricky because everyone has different sized screens and different eyes. So, In the end, on that front you should size it for what you can easily see on your own screen :-)

What a brilliant image! The blues are so luminous and then there are those vibrant little splashes of red - perfect! The calendar placement looks just right, to me! :))
