The main deflector is all retro, but what is up with those warp nacelles? They really don't match the design of the rest of the ship...

Yeah, that's the main thing that throws me off from this design is the nacelles. They just don't look right, all sort of off compared to the rest of the ship.

Yeah, see, I like the design of the ship mostly just not so much as it's meant to be the 1701.

It looks like a half-assed 1701-D galaxy class ship.

I will always "do not want." I think this is just all so stupid, and was my ultimate nightmare about what would eventually happen with Trek. I don't know if I can stomach this in the theater. LOL.

I thought the same, it goes look more like the D than anything else. Though I'm not so much on board with it now, I'm still giving the film the benefit of the doubt.

Mmmm. I like it. I'm not a die-hard fan of TOS, so when I look at that ship, I think "It looks like the A...just...more...movie-like. Nice!"

I'm not necessarily a die-hard TOS fan either but I don't like that they're supposed to be re-creating this and it look so much different. Of course, I want it to look great and movie-like too but I just rather it not be all changed up and feel out of place. Idk.
