For POV, here's redial_the_gate's fanworks entry. There's one for Ripple Effect, but I'm sad to see that there are no links there! And the comm just finished S9, so you'll have to wait a bit for any links to the S10 eps. :)
You can also try Purpleshrub's A Final View, in which POV's alt-Sam recruits alt-Daniel. Includes some minor character deaths, Daniel-whumping, and Daniel/Sha're.
For Ripple Effect, Moonshayde wrote a Daniel/Janet, Sam/Teal'c piece: The Gift. The lovely Aelfgyfu wrote Ripples, in which "our" SG-1 team talk out the implications in the aftermath. And in the not-quite-ep related-but-close-enough-to-link-anyway department, Martha Wilson's Least Resistance is a continuation of her fabulous SGA AU Retrograde . It reads very plausibly (although it'll take a while to get there!) as the next foray by black!SG-1. (Must go back and add those to the Redial fanworks page, heh.)
And finally, if you don't mind a bit of self-promotion, I wrote All the Difference, a few drabbles of alternate-reality backstory for Road Not Taken.
