What does it mean that this is the last fic of the "season"? Will there be a long break before anymore fics come?

Ren is broken into distinct seasons. Season 1 went from "Ascension of the Queen" through "The Wedding." Season 2 began with "Alliances" and will end with this story. There are a few stories that fit in between or prior to these seasons as well.

We can't say for certain how long the break will be between the posting of this story and the beginning of Season 3. We are currently writing the first fic of the next season but as always, creative work doesn't often fit to a timetable.
