We came home yesterday evening and the hallway was wet. My first instinct was to blame Gizmo, until I realized that there is no way that a puppy can saturate a hallway that thoroughly without a water hose. I don't think that there is really any other viewpoint that I can take. I am just really, really happy that we weren't dealing with a busted pipe under the foundation. It really sucks having your entire life upset because a team of plumbers are using a jackhammer to drill a huge hole in the middle of your home... ><;;

Oh yeah. Even though we had to pay to fix our problem, I am glad that I didn't have to wait for a landlord to make a decision to fix the problem. I have horror stories about waiting for maintenance to come and fix the AC or clean up the water from said AC and stop the carpet from mildewing. I can laugh about it now, but I was pissed back then..lol!

The only problem we ever had we wouldn't have known about if John wasn't living with us at the time - maintenance decided to take care of the busted water heater ASAP, lol! Helped to live next to the model unit... But yeah, know what you mean. Some landlords SUCK at managing their own property!
