Ray Bradbury passed away today. It's impossible to say how much his stories meant to me, because they've informed so many aspects of my life that they're simply a part of me now. They are the reason I want to write, and the reason I love space, and the reason the Midwest feels more like home.

I have to admit I have never read any of his work, but it does sound inspiring.
It's lovely that you are remembering him in your own way and celebrating what his stories mean to you.
Good luck with the stories. As sad as the circumstances are, maybe that project you were looking for over the summer that you posted about earlier, are these stories :)

MG recently gave a copy of The Illustrated Man to nephew #3 (thirteen this year) and has been sharing his love of Bradbury with him.
It's sad news but as MG said, how many people get to live to 91 and leave such a legacy behind them.
