I entirely understand. For work, I'm in charge of the in-store inventory/ordering system. It's new. It's also a piece of crap. And all of the problems are on THEIR end. Glitches, things not registering, etc. It's someone else's fault and I have to deal with it every. Day. It's incredibly frustrating omg. So I feel your pain. :|
JESUS EFF. Yeah, try calling them. Forward all those errors to them. It's not like you were submitting late, you were within the deadline. There's nothing to chastise you about. I REALLY hope this works out, such bullshit.

I wish you luck with this. I'm sure they'll try something like "you should have posted earlier" but the deadline is the deadline.
