Random query of the day: is there a technical term for a bromance-type relationship between two girls? I have been unable to locate one.

(On an entirely related note, I would give just about anything to be chilling with my buddy Dex and watching Clint Eastwood movies right now. Aaaaaugh.)

No, but seriously. IDK if there is a term, because a really close relationship that includes a physical element (not ~intimately physical~ but huggy/touchy/etc.) relationship between two girls is considered "normal" whereas between guys there has to be a "LOL, no homo" thing attached. :\

(at least, in my experience)

Okay, now that I can see. My friends and I are the same way. That's probably the reason there isn't a term for it, because the idea in question is commonplace enough to be the standard. Thanks. :D
