I went to the doctor's today for a checkup, and the doctor wanted to do a random blood test for mono (I've got a virus, but it's definitely not mono. Even if it were, it would just have to run its course and bloodwork would not help anything).

Wow, I have NEVER ONCE had a doctor or nurse fail that badly on such an epic scale and treat me so unprofessionally. Even a doctor I didn't like treated me with more decorum and respect as a patient than that. I would file a complaint if I were you, seriously. That's just rude and unprofessional and no doctor worth his salt would behave like that.
