[Fuuko is making a trip to the item shop today to look for a certain something. It wasn't here when she arrived, and honestly it's been bugging her for some time now. Yes, Fuuko thinks festivals are lots of fun! Fuuko has only been to the Founder's Festival back home but that was really good. [How does everyone always know her name? It will forever be a mystery!] How about you?!

There were lots of shops and stalls selling things, including a stall selling starfish related items! A cafe was opened in one of the classrooms too. [Cultural festivals? She's never been to one of those.] Are they?! Fuuko has never been to a cultural festival before.

It doesn't have to be a party in order to wear this hat, not yet anyway! But when there is a party then Fuuko will already be prepared.

[Pointing in the vague direction of the item shop.]

In the shop over there! Fuuko was quite lucky to find it in one peace seeing as it was underneath a few other things.
