I'm happy that America is finally goning to admit it but it sure did take an enrage England to make him say it. He is going to say it right???? (I have a bottle of champange waiting).

I laughed at the voicemail message to Matthew. I think we all left that type of message to siblings or friends!

I'm feeling really silly right now. I have reread the chapter of them sleeping together several times and I'm confused. Did they have sex or did they just fooled around?

they didnt have "sex", they did do some "stuff" though, depends on what you mean by fooling around ;)

I'm so sorry for such a horrible place to leave it off. I am a horrible person, sob. But like I said above, in any place it'd be ending on a cliffhanger, so in a lot of ways it couldn't be avoided (I didn't want to exceed the word limit allowed for LJ entries).

But hopefully I'll get the next chapter up soon! I have the backbone mostly written and just need to go through and add to it. ♥

THIS. This is the first time I've read a fic where UST has dissolved into a literal foot race. It is epic, and I don't think I've had as much fun reading a fic in a long while.

You've done an absolutely amazing job describing just how *stubborn* those two are being. The way American and England *frustrates* me to no end so I'm glad to see that it's time for America to man-up.

There are definitely some things in this fic drawing off of life experiences, though admittedly there's plenty of imagination and inspiration going on as well.

Alas, my aspirations to become a writer someday come forth. I can't say whether it'll ever happen or not, but it's a nice dream to have, at least. And hey, at the very least, it's fun to write fanfiction. Thank you for such a compliment, in any case.

I was talking with my friend telling him all about this amazing fanfic I'm reading and lo and behold, 5 minutes later I check and chapter nine is up!!!

I have to say once again you're writting is beautiful. it has teh ability to make me wanna cry and laugh and sigh and get all frustrated and you're a fanfiction god :)

This chapter turned out perfectly I dont know what you're talking about ;) but maybe im just biased because I'm in love with this fanfic. no im not just look at all the fans you've gathered ;)

The ending was magnificent and I have to say I love how you write our boys, England and America both. They're both so IC and I dont think anyone else can write America as well as you can. although he can be quite frustrating at times. Liek I've said the ending. Just takes my breath away. the pure angst and love and confusion and need is amazing

I have so many songs that have inspired this fic. I thought for like two seconds to make an FST for it, but then decided that was too presumptuous and vain... and besides, a lot of songs inspired by this are already featured in my two USUK FSTs and my one USA FST. |D That is an oddly appropriate song, yes. I love it when playlists work out that way. (A good bulk of this chapter was written listening to "Taking Chances" from the Glee soundtrack and "The Only Way" by Filter... both on repeat. I could sing those songs backwards and forwards now

You're oh so very welcome! I know what it means to worry about your writting and its terrible sometimes, that constant nagging in your head that you did something wrong. I'd say to stop worring, but its the worry that makes some writers so great :)

Yes, that's very true. At the very least, I didn't think it was total, utter crap because I obviously posted it (and I'm not that much of a masochist to post something I hate). I'll make it through.
