I don't know why, but I feel really tired and drained. Nothing particularly bad happened, but I didn't get enough sleep last night and then today I had a lot of very energy-consuming things happen. Unfortunately, I feel emotionally drained as well as physically drained so I'm left with a vague sadness. I did yoga for my exercise today though, which
