All in all, as worried about them as he is, he’s actually pretty grateful that the others aren’t with him right now.
Because this, he’s almost certain, is just about as embarrassing as it gets. (Which is, quite frankly, really kind of saying something, when you consider that Reborn’s method of “turning you into a big badass Mafioso” more or less just amounts to “seeing how much humiliation you can withstand, multiple beatings from chibis and public displays of indecency preferred.”)
Yamamoto, at least, would probably spare him from further indignity by not even bothering to notice that anything was at all amiss, but he doesn’t even want to think about how Gokudera-kun would react to this whole mess. (He would wonder, vaguely, if his right-hand man could manage to throw bombs whilst in the middle of a nosebleed, except the thought would only make him feel all the more embarrassed in the end.)
He has to admit, though, that being randomly stripped and handcuffed could definitely be considered extreme.
Or something.
And even more awkward than all that is the way this man stares, unlike even Gokudera-kun or Haru - there’s a frantic fervour in his eyes that seems to say, You’re my new favourite toy, so just behave and stay put until I’m done playing with you, okay?
Tsuna isn’t quite sure whether he’s supposed to feel flattered or terrified, and so settles on his general default of brain-broken instead.
(But still, he figures it could be worse - if Gokudera-kun was so bizarrely moved at his former life goal of becoming a giant robot, he can only imagine how that would go over here.)
