I should definitely have read this before reading your personal posts (they made me teary too =<) but maybe being sad made this better ^^;

Anywho, I absolutely LOVED this (though it sounded dirtier on AIM! XD)Your characterization was dead on, loved Matsumoto, wanted to kick Kira (but I always want to kick him, so it means you did a very good job <3). I especially loved the parts where Matsumoto talks about how bad he was at sex when they were younger and the comparison of Gin to an addiction. ALL of their conversations were very interesting but those two snippets were my favorites.

There was Hinamori, and he had desperately wanted to confide in her and let her do the same

For some reason, in my pervy brain (not realizing that in the story Kira and Matsumoto hadn't been sleeping together yet, ^^; my bad) I thought he meant he wanted to go get comfortsex! from her too and I was like "you little pervert!" XD

I just recently got into this pairing, and this is actually the first fanfic that I've ever read on the two of them. I have to say, I am beyond pleased. It's exactly how I imagined things would happen if they ever had sex. Seriously, this story is beautifully written and the dialogue is nothing short of powerful. Thank you for writing and sharing this! You've given me inspiration for a combination Kira/Hinamori, Kira/Matsumoto fic that I'm currently working on ^_^
