PASS THE PIGS - race 03
Next time I schedule a PASS THE PIGS game, I will check that:
a) it is not a 'public' holiday (I didn't realize it was Easter - before you go 'wtf', I'd like to point out that where I live, we don't get a day off for Christmas. Now you can 'wtf'.)
b) Brawl hasn't been released (ahaha, I've seen a Wii, like, twice)
So I'm sitting here and wondering, "Why the hell is this game taking so long, and why the hell are there so many replies?"
GUESS WHAT. SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL.
BLACKPIG's race log: melting, slashed_dream, chikky_2k5, cookie_pixie, lucathia_rykatu (fluidkarma did not pass)
WHITEPIG's race log: lucathia_rykatu, cookie_pixie, kittycatmew, fluidkarma, ...
Oh boy.
REMEMBER TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE RACE LOG.
At this point jiyu_chan did not add her name to the race log. The game continued on as usual.
WHITEPIG'S race log: lucathia_rykatu, cookie_pixie, kittycatmew, fluidkarma, melting, stillarium, slashed_dream, experienced, demyx, ...
And then chikky_2k5's name was somehow omitted during that pass.
So WHITEPIG bounced between chikky_2k5 and jiyu_chan and WHITEPIG promptly exploded because of the passback rule.
...
There is a distressing lack of prizes this round because nobody reported that either pig won - BLACKPIG was nowhere near finished and WHITEPIG...
*pig mod will now sob in a corner over here* poor WHITEPIG...

Okay, I open the floor to questions. Is this game too hard? I thought I made everything clear, but maybe something wasn't. I know I messed up the HTML at the start, with WHITEPIG and BLACKPIG... Little things like the race log, the links, adding your name to the race log help me unwind what happened if things go wrong like this and some players were missing these.
I was seriously considering opening up a special type of race next time around, but if we're having trouble getting normal races done, maybe it wouldn't be a good idea.
*edit: take my mood with a grain of salt, I'm the type of person who blames herself when things go wrong and take it out on the wrong people.
