Little ads that they stick into magazines annoy me.

You know, like the ones that are advertising you to renew your subscription or something, even though they always send you a renewal form at the end of each year anyways or things that you're supposed to mail in to check out your BMI comparison to the average or crap like that. It makes flipping ( Read more... )

Yes I can. :)

I quite like advertisements, but maybe that's just because I need the logos and stuff for my graphic/art coursework. Heh.

I don't think I've ever had that problem with light switches before, apart from the fact we have a light switch at the end of the landing and a light switch at the other end and they alternate depending which way you flick it. Same for the one in the hall, if that makes any sense.

Totally understand what you mean about the ads. For example, last night I was in the jacuzzi (looooove my bath tub!) and I was reading a magazine, and then all of a sudden one of those Teen Vogue 'SUBSCRIBE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE' inserts fell out and went splat! into the water. *roll eyes*

I also get what you mean about the light switches. I have the same thing in the hallways in my apartment, so like let's say my parents turn the hall light off on their end, then the switch at the end by the living room is flipped the opposite way, and therefore they're never the same, which totally pisses off me and my OCD.

Haha, I have had that instance with the light switches, my sister used to do that to me, too.

The light switch thing...I've actually spent time trying to figure out if I there's a way to make them all be up or down (for my basement stairs).

Yup Willa, I do the same thing for the ones in the basement.
Megan has declared me obsessive compulsive...well, several times actually. :/

I get the light switch thing - two way switches, right? Both ends of the room have switches? Pain in the arse when you already have a light on, then you go to turn it off (following the universal 'off' direction of the switch), and then it turns on! Gah! My small brain can't handle nuisances like that!
