I was really trying to show how much Sam trusts these two guys in that scene because they're the two men who have the biggest impact on her life throughout the course of the story. Hopefully that came through ok!
I just have to add that I love the way you get the point across so well.
I can't tell if that's a joke a not! LOL. Then again it is 2am and I *still* have 80 emails to get through!

:P Why would I lie about that? *pokes* ;) I meant that you could have put something like "Carter looked at her watch, seeing that it was 0800 hours and the Iragis hadn't withdrawn" or something like that, but it wouldn't have had the same dramatic effect. :)
