My God, is it ever nice out today! It's about 85 degrees with a slight wind and gorgeous! I'll be out on the deck with a book and my iPod for sure today. We put the screens in the windows today and the breeze is coming in. Soooo nice ( Read more... )

Two pounds is two pounds! It adds up. Better a two pound loss than a two pound gain, right? And yes, I've gone on a diet and fucking gained weight. Keep up the good work. And good luck with the PTB.....

I can already see a difference in how I feel now that I'm not eating junk all the time. I haven't had a doughnut from the bakery in two weeks...
