Yes, very easy. The hardest part it finding a small water-proof toy to put inside it, as erasers seem to be the only small-toy-thing I can currently find. Other than that, you need a small nice-looking jar, glitter and some good glue. Glue the toy to the lid, let it dry. Then one teaspoon of glitter does a 250mL jar, and you add either a tablespoon of glitter glue or two drops of glycerine to make the snow fall more slowly. then fill with water and seal, and if you have a hot glue gun, go around the rim of the lid later to make sure it's sealed.
