A Khan dropped out of the ceiling, tossed a pair of pants at the Khan-on-duty, and exclaimed "Bar fight? Woo hoo!" and ran out into the hallway.

Remembering she'd figured out where the security video of the bar was shot from, Diziara felt the need to "flip the bird", as the earthlings put it, to whoever was watching as she continued to taunt the security lunkheads by laying off her phaser fire just long enough to lull them into a false sense of security, then send them all scurrying back to their cover when she started shooting again.

Evil Storvik knew that Khan was also able to monitor the bar through the security feed, since the awake Khan in the ceiling had used the feed to provide the drinking hats earlier. He did not gesture to the camera, however, as he did not feel the need to request help … and he knew that Khan would do what he wanted regardless.
"Peanuts? Alcohol?" the remaining Khan said to the EMH. "He appears to be using non-lethal attacks only, infuriating the security goons rather than engaging in hand-to-hand. Maybe we won't be busy fixing patients up, unless the guards get their hands on him and show less restraint. As for Diziara - oddly enough, she's also trying to incapacitate them rather than tear them a new set of orifices."
