At Daddy's appointment yesterday, the doctor was much more straight-talking than some of the others he's had.  He told him that there's a very small chance that he won't lose his right eye.  The eye socket will have to be covered over with skin.  He'll have part of the brow bone removed and a metal plate put in to replace it.  They'll also graft

Your dad is an incredible man.

This is a terrible thing to go through, but I'm sure he feels blessed to be surrounded by such amazing family and friends.
