Well I am pretty good about myself this afternoon since I have emailed my supervisor part of chapter 4 to read. I have been busy procrastinating from Chapter 1 (the great big scary introduction) by finishing the introduction for Chapter 4. I had written about half of it previously so with much editing and adding it doubled in size and sounds pretty
