Take a day...or even just a half day or an hour to just NOT do anything. It's your time and you are just important as all the other crap you have to get done. Use the time to do whatever you want, but it's not allowed to be productive!! Just focus on you and relaxing (as much as you can) and accept that all the other crap you need to get done will get done once you're ready to do it.
Once you've taken this time out...stop playing the victim to all this crap. Yes, it sucks, but it's your life and you need to take charge of it. Rather than allowing it to cripple you, attack it head-on. Set goals. Be aggressive with it. It's much more rewarding that way and you'll find that you get a lot more done.
I hope this makes sense to you 'cause it's kind of abstract and makes sense to me 'cause that's the way my brain works...but believe me, you can do this. It's all about the way you look at it.
