Working Out

My goal is to be really good about eating and exercise between now and A-Kon. I'd like to drop a couple pounds but, more than that, just be in slightly better shape. So two months of working hard at it sounds like a good plan. God, wish me luck! lol

Just turn vegetarian like i did. You loose a bunch of extra stuff, and you feel better. WEIRD.

I don't eat much meat to start with, honestly. Little chicken and turkey every now and then. heh My main thing has been cutting out non-diet soda again (that always makes a big difference since then I drink more water), and watching portion size on noodles. I'm a noodle FANATIC, so I tend to overdo it :)
