My Favorite TV Shows of 2009

Last year, I did My Top 17 TV Shows of 2008. This year, I had a LOT of trouble putting my shows in any kind of numerical order, and I was a little heartbroken at how far some of them fell in just a year (I'm looking at you BSG...). I only saw one or two episodes of Make or Break It and I agree - while I knew it was terrible, at the same time, I couldn't stop watching.

I love Glee, have obtained FlashForward, and miss FNL like crazy.

LOL, it is so much like crack. It couldn't possibly be any worse and yet...I literally can't stop watching.

You might like FF since you like Lost, but it has strange pacing. Are you watching the new season of FNL or are you waiting until it airs on NBC this summer?

Wow, this comment makes me realize how much I need new icons since I don't have any Glee, FF OR FNL ones lol.

You summarize BSG 4.5 very well. My issue with BSG isn't the last half hour of Daybreak. The finale was what it was. The problem is that 4.5 as a whole just stunk up the place, except for the two issues that you highlight and Kara/Sam. I've decided that in order to continue loving that show, I'm just going to let 4.5 haze out and think of all the characters in shiney EPIC AU's.

But I kind of like The Plan. Trucco alone is apparently all it takes to please me. ;)

The Big Bang Theory is also Awesome!

I wish that Fast Forward would get it's act together.

Yeah, in order to make peace with BSG, I've pretty much had to erase all of 4.5 from my fanon.

I wasn't really involved in fandom that much when The Plan came out, so I have absolutely no gauge on what the general consensus was. I could be the only one that hated it for all I know lol. Trucco definitely made it bearable for me though! ;)

FF has such a good premise, but there is something so strange in their execution of it. I like it and I want to see where it goes, but I wish they'd fix the pacing.

The number of people recommending Big Bang Theory is about to hit critical mass for me to watch the show, seriously.

Pretty much with you on BSG 4.5, though I had a loot more moments I liked, some of them I'm pretty sure were unintentional. But as a series of deleted crack scenes of most of my favorites, I thought The Plan was pretty loltastic. As a movie? Fail.

Go, FNL! (I still need to finish, yeesh. I think whenever there's a critical mass of Texaness in my life I lose the desire to watch the show.)

You should DEF watch TBBT! It's got so much good geek humor. :) But ignore the first few eps when everyone seems like walking stereotypes...it gets sooo much better!

The Plan is definitely loltastic, but when I tried to take it seriously, I almost fell asleep lol.

Yay FNL! Nothing compares to the first season, but I still love it!

Awww, RDM gave you NOTHING with Leoben...nothing. That whole running away from Kara?! SO out of character for him. *sigh* I'll never accept how the show ended.
