Instead in his place a gorilla is staring at it curiously, pressing buttons every so often and attempting at least once to whack it on the ground. In the background the sounds of some trying to stop it could be heard.]

I think they kind of have. I mean after all they had taken my communicator. Then again that could be because it was shiny or something.
