Hello! I heard there's a fair bit of you guys migrating my way, to Destiny Islands, and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm sure some of you are already here, I can't wait to meet you!

My name's Selphie. I've lived on the islands all my life, so let me know if you're having problems finding your way around, alright?

We haven't gotten that far just yet. We'll have to worry about a place to stay soon, though.

[tries to give you a smile, she feels awful about the things everyone is going through]

will you be staying in the dorms, then? or are you looking for a more permanent place? Because we have some great apartments with ocean front views!

Can I ask about the uniforms for those who have to go to the school?

[disappears from the screen for a second, the sound of shuffling can be heard as she flings things about in her closet]

[rushes back with the plain button-down shirt in one hand, with the tie hanging over a shoulder, and the skirt in the other hand]

There are navy socks too, it's pretty simple, and there's the option for a vest over it.

[She waits quietly for what the uniform possibly was. the moment she saw it however, her face said it all. She was both pretty shocked and embarrassed at the same time.]

Does a lady really have a wear something that shows off flesh? it's very un-lady like.

[blinks, she wasn't really expecting that]

Oh...well. There's a jacket that goes with it? But it's so warm on the islands that most of us choose not to wear it.

Oh, well. It's a very nice school, and they've added on to it, to accommodate all the new students we'll be getting. I'm not sure what your school was like though, I hope you'll like it here.

[smiles] if nothing else, we do have some pretty great beaches.

I think they're looking at it more as "disaster relief" schooling, just to keep everyone learning things until you can go home. It'll be an interesting social experience, if nothing else, right?
