Um, I have a stupid question. Or two. Is that you playing the violin or is Finale a program that plays sheet music and you can program it to play on a certain instrument? *is clueless*

I totally can't play the violin, so that's Finale. It's a program that allows you to transcribe music and it has a playback function for musically illiterate (I swear I can't read sheet music, much less write them) losers like me. With Finale Songwriter, you can actually export the midi/mp3 file.
