"Sungjong!" Myungsoo shrieked, dropping his things by the door and rushing to retrieve the book.

Sungjong suddenly found what he needed, a matchbox, and walked to the backyard.

"Yah! Sungjong!" Myungsoo yelled, following him.

"You were using the book I created to win me back again?" Sungjong asked, ripping out a few pages of the book, tucking the leather under his arms and setting the leaflets on the pavement.

Myungsoo froze, unsure of what the maknae was doing. "Y-Yes..."

Sungjong frowned. "Be more creative," he snarled, flicking a match against the sandpaper and throwing it onto the pile of papers.

Myungsoo bit his bottom lip, heart and hope sinking lower and lower into a pit of despair as Sungjong tore out more pages and fueled the fire with the words that had once helped Myungsoo prove to Sungjong his love.

After all the papers from the book were burned, Sungjong set down the matches and told Myungsoo, "I'll give you three chances--only three!--to make it up to me. Remind me why I fell in love with you and why you were my boyfriend in the first place."

With that, he strode back into the house, leaving Myungsoo and his thoughts outside, brain turning, thinking, wondering, planning. Vowing that he would prove to Sungjong once again how much he loved him, Myungsoo began to plot out his three chances.

"It's perfect!" Myungsoo said happily.

"I'm not so sure..." Sungyeol said, playing with his phone, deciding whether to call Jonghun back. He'd called a few hours ago; he must be at work now or at least sleeping in. Rough night he had, Sungyeol remembered.

"Yes! First something cute. Second something fun. Third something super romantic!" he sighed proudly.

"And where will all these events take place?" he asked, jumping slightly in surprise as a text from Jonghun popped up. 'Just got done with work. How're you, Yeolie?'

"I was thinking... The park... Then an amusement park... And then a fancy restaurant."

"Plausible... But predictable..." He replied, 'Stupid friend trying to plan out some dates to win back his ex. How was work?'

"How's it predictable? It's completely original!"

"Are you trying to be sappy?" From Jonghun, 'Work was okay. It'd have been easier on me if you were here. Heechul takes a liking to you, even if you don't pay most of the time. Haha!'

Sungyeol smiled a bit as Myungsoo said, "A bit... I want to show Sungjong that side of me that's all soft like and... Yeah..."

"Sure sure..." Sungyeol was completely distracted. To Jonghun, 'Really? Heechul takes a liking to.... Pahahahahahaha!!!!!! XD You really got me there!!!'

"Sungyeol...."

From Jonghun, 'No seriously! He wanted me to ask you if you wanted a job here!'

"Yah!"

From Sungyeol, 'Oh, bullshit!'

"Hyung!"

'Come one... Three chances... Heechul said that after three clients, if you didn't like it, you can leave, alright?'

"SUNGYEOL HYUNG!!!!!"

Sungyeol glanced up as he continued debating about how to answer.

"Who're you texting?" Myungsoo asked, trying to read off of Sungyeol's phone.

"No one," he spat, backing away from the younger.

Myungsoo, being one who didn't pry too deep in another's business, backed off and let Sungyeol finally type in his answer to Jonghun.

'I'll be there tonight at 8. Tell Heechul. I want a meeting with him myself.'

'Wouldn't have it any other way ;) see ya tonight, sweetie.'
