"Hittin' switches" is when you are manipulating the switches that control the hydraulics in your low-rider.

i just listened to this a couple hours ago. it was like i was experiencing 1986, 2006, 1997 and a week ago at the same time. so, i think you've cornered the 'wormhole' genre with this album.
