And a panda would win. Koalas are tiny and tame, Pandas are huge and dangerous.

The panda would be the obvious answer, but the koala would probably come prepared if it knew it was fighting a big bad fatass panda. I mean, if I was going to get in a fight with my mom, I'd probably at least bring a sword or something.
