We already know about Tsuzuki, and it would make total sense for Hisoka because he either had family servants or hospital staff to do the cooking for him. :)

Exactly my reasoning. Granted, Tatsumi could teach him if he asked, but I'm not sure he would, and it's not the way I chose to go with this series.
