I was thinking the same thing as tyreling. Duo and Quatre have a great friendship partly because they don't have those other kind of feelings involved.

Ever since talking to Sharon about Trowa being jealous of the time Duo and Quatre spent together after Heero self destructed it has kind of become my head canon.

The one fic I wrote where Duo and Trowa talk about it Duo wasn't. Probably because Duo doesn't have some of the hang ups that Trowa does Also, different personalities.
