I'm finishing a delicious Stelllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Heh heh, I love saying that. This isn't Stella Artois, it's Stelllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! said with much theatrical anguish.

Can I just say how much i miss tofutti cuties? Seriously. Those things are love.

I have Rodney Yee's Power Yoga tape! I love it! It's so much fun. I actually just did Bikram yoga yesterday with some friends again. I'd forgotten how much I loved this stuff...

He really did!! But that tape of his my sister has is just CRAZY. We gave up halfway through!

My new favorite pose, which I learned in the class, is the Eagle!

My yoga teacher always ends the class with a fun saying. Something about taking a deep breath and remembering how we've built strength, balance, and calm...
