Doll- I always liked that, made me feel petite.
Bella- Italian for beautiful, my husband sometimes calls me that.
Belle- French for beautiful.
Lady- though mostly only my guy friends call me that.
Woman- sounds possessive and caveman-ish. :)
Sweets- a little silly
Sugar- too Southern?
Snookie- eh... just because. :)
Blues Eyes or whatever eyes the female has

In the Evanovich books, Joe Morelli calls Stephanie Plum "cupcake" which always amuses me. However, Ranger calls her "babe" which actually works quite well when Ranger says it...

My ex-boyfriend called me all sorts of bizarre things, including the very un-PC "spaz" because it rhymes with Kaz. *sigh* (He did mean it affectionately. I think.)

My fiancee has, at separate times, called me the name of a deceased pet and "England", as in the country, because she had something British in her head at the time. So...yeah, moving on...

My wife occasionally calls me Ted, which is short for shithead. In a friendly way, of course. I call her Wench when I'm in a bullfighting mood but can't find a friendly bull.
